Shaving & Talking 16

Today I'm using a shaving soap given to me by Doug of Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements also known as PAA. How this came about was I was asking artisans to donate anything they wanted to our giveaways on Facebook and Doug not only sent one tub he sent two one for me. How nice was that! 

This packaging is in a large Widemouth clear plastic tub with a white screw-on lid. The label graphics are well done with a made-in-Arizona feel to them. The tub has side labels that scream the Phoenix logo proudly Made in the US 4oz. 

The scent is and happens to be a favorite of mine. The notes are Sage, Sweetgrass, Rose & Benzoin Resin. This scent knocks me out every time I use it. I had no problem doing a bowl lather. This time I placed more than usual in the bowl because I like it so much that I'm sure you don't have to use that much to make a great lather. It didn't take long to create an amazing amount and applying it was just as easy. It got right into the beard with great coverage. I was able to go over trouble spots without any fear of irritation. The post-shave feel was also a good one.

The talking part of this video has to do with the ongoing issue affecting my wife's health so if you are not interested I'm sorry it's my wet shaving therapy I guess it's not all the time but I seem to need to do this once in a while.
