Wet The Face - What's Ahead In 2019

First, I want to wish everyone a Happy NewYear for 2019. I want to thank each and every one of you for making our community what it is today. Wet the Face has exciting products and collaborations on the horizons for the new year.

We will be introducing our a new line of Tallow based shaving soaps called WTF Pucks. This will be our first hard soap and foray into using tallow in any product and so far we are extremely pleased with the results. They should be available for release in a few months. If all goes well we will be offering some of our most popular soft shaving soaps in a tallow version.

Also, we have reached out to more pottery artisans who are coming on board to offer their talents on creating amazing products for Wet The Face including shaving bowls, mugs and all kinds of handcrafted items so I can't wait to show you what we have in store.



My 3D Printer is also getting a workout these days I have gone back to the cad program trying to created bar soap molds for a more consistent size bar with our branding on each one. I think I have come up with a solution which I'm currently testing and if all goes well I will be making the molds out of flexible filament so we can easily pop each bar out with ease.

We also have a few new releases for 2019 one of them which I can tell you about is called "The Perfect Cup" a coffee-based shaving soap I have been working on for some time now. It's made with real brewed coffee which comes from a local shop here in Huntington N.Y. called South Down Coffee they do everything from purchase to roasting with each new batch, we will be using a different coffee from them. Another release will be for our menthol heads such as myself it will be called Cold Fusion. This one will bring the menthol level to critical mass I'm still trying to figure out what to place this in so please bear with us while we work this one out fusion is so difficult to control.
