We are continuing with our holiday releases next up is It’s a Wonderful Shave! Inspired by the 1946 movie It’s a Wonderful Life with Jimmy Steward playing George Bailey. This movie became my favorite but it took me until I was in my mid-20s to see it for the first time. 

For all three releases, I wanted to have packaging that would reflect the holidays so I opted for clear plastic tubs with a white screw on lids. The graphics for this one is a scene which only lasts about one sec or so he is standing in front of the welcome sign to Bedford Falls throwing up his arms and yelling Merry Christmas because he had just found out that he is alive and he really does have a wonderful life. 

The scent for this release is made up of all the holiday's flowers with just a touch of spice and end notes of balsam and pine. I would think as your walking down the streets of Bedford Falls you would be taking in all these scents passing the shops along the route to the old building & loan. 

If you know my soaps you’ll never have a problem with creating some lather even if your just face lather it makes no difference. The slickness, glide, and cushion all equal to Tallow based soaps. The lather goes on thick and creamy getting into the beard providing great coverage. This will allow you to go over trouble spots many times without irritation. You’ll have plenty on the brush so you can do two to three more passes if you wish. 

To end this holiday shave I used It’s a Wonderful AfterShave! a matching set created with the same scent that continues the Christmas goodness for hours after the shave.
