Today I'm using Shea Moisture Men Smoothing Shave Butter. I found this product a few years back looking in our Rite Aid for something new. Sadly we have no more Rite Aids where I live they have all disappeared. One more thing about Rite Aid it was the best place to pick up prescriptions in and out so fast they had an amazing team behind the counters.

On Netflix this week I saw an amazing Limited series called American Primeval. I have to worn you that the scenes in this are very graphic and it may not be suitable for every family member. American Primeval is a gritty and emotional Western drama set in the violent and unforgiving early days of the American frontier. The series, starring Taylor Kitsch, delves into themes of survival, identity, and the human cost of progress. It follows a group of diverse characters whose lives collide as they navigate the lawless and brutal realities of life in the wilderness.
Kitsch plays Isaac, a traumatized man grappling with his past as he searches for purpose and redemption. The series explores the clash of cultures, the devastating consequences of greed, and the raw struggle for power during a time when the concept of "civilization" was still being forged.
With visceral action, intense character drama, and a harsh yet beautiful portrayal of the American West, American Primeval offers a captivating exploration of the myths and realities behind the birth of a nation.
The next one is "The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live" a six-episode limited series that premiered on AMC and AMC+ on February 25, 2024, and concluded on March 31, 2024. The series has since become available on Netflix, where it has achieved significant viewership, becoming the highest-performing "The Walking Dead" show on the platform.
Set after the events of the original "The Walking Dead" series, the show focuses on the enduring love story between Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and Michonne (Danai Gurira). Years after Rick's mysterious disappearance, Michonne embarks on a perilous journey to find him, leading to a narrative that explores their individual struggles and the challenges they face in a post-apocalyptic world.
The series delves into themes of survival, identity, and the enduring human spirit, all set against the backdrop of a world overrun by the undead. It has been praised for its emotional depth and character-driven storytelling, offering a poignant exploration of love and resilience amidst chaos.
