Shaving With Proraso Green or is it White?

I was sent this Proraso from a subscriber in Italy. This shaving cream is one of the best I've used. Its performance will never let you down. I always use shaving cream when I need to get the job done because I'm either tired or in a rush to do something else. This time, I was feeling a bit tired.

My prep was to wet the face, apply the cream onto a wet brush, mix it by hand at first, and then face lather, and this went off without an issue.

The feel and scent of the cream are amazing. I highly recommend it; the menthol is just perfect, not too strong but not weak, just the right amount. The post-shave feel needs to be experienced. I would recommend using an aftershave of the same product.

This week, I saw one movie and one documentary which had 3 parts that I will discuss:

The Luckiest Man in America is a 2024 drama directed by Samir Oliveros, based on the true story of Michael Larson, an unemployed ice cream truck driver from Ohio who, in 1984, won $110,237 on the CBS game show Press Your Luck by memorizing patterns in the supposedly random game board.

The film explores themes of ambition, the American Dream, and the ethical boundaries of exploiting system flaws. Critics have praised its engaging storytelling and Paul Walter Hauser's performance. Matt Zoller Seitz of RogerEbert.com noted that the film is "a tight (90-minute) study in characterization".

Gold & Greed: The Hunt for Fenn's Treasure
is a three-part Netflix docuseries that delves into the real-life treasure hunt initiated by Forrest Fenn, an eccentric art dealer and former Air Force pilot. In 2010, Fenn hid a chest filled with gold, jewels, and artifacts worth over $1 million somewhere in the Rocky Mountains. He published a 24-line poem in his memoir, The Thrill of the Chase, containing nine cryptic clues to the treasure's location.

In June 2020, the treasure was discovered in Wyoming by Jack Stuef, a medical student from Michigan. Stuef initially remained anonymous but later revealed his identity due to legal pressures. He eventually sold the treasure for $1.3 million in 2022.

Adding a new twist, the documentary itself contains hidden clues to a fresh treasure hunt. Inspired by Fenn, Justin Posey announces in the final episode that he has hidden his own treasure, embedding clues within the series for viewers to decipher.
