A few weeks ago I received an email from Yasir a wet shaver who is part of our community. He went on to explain that he ordered a jar of St James Of London shaving cream but was having skin irritations and thought that I might like to try it and do a review on it since he’s not able to use it going forward. I thanked him for his generous offer and assured him I would indeed do a review. So here as promised is the review on the 1953 classic St. James of London Shaving Cream.

Right before the world started to change we received a package from Portugal and I only know one person who sends me things from that location and it’s the Barron. Pereira Shavery has sent me a new Shaving kit for review so I can give them some detailed feedback. They currently have this posted on the Indegogo but the status is currently closed. Most likely when things start to settle down they will reopen and get interested in moving on the project again. In the meantime, I’ll give this my review and you can see for yourself why I think this makes a perfect gift for the first time wet shaver.

Around September of last year, I started to create what my line of new products was going to be for the new year 2020. I knew I wanted to do some Ralph Lauren scents and sent out to the testers a few ideas. When they all came back with notes and opinions the one thing they all agreed upon was Polo Sport which I call The Sport Of Kings. it was clearly in agreement that this should be in the lineup and so here it is. Polo Sport happens to be the number one sports fragrance it's bright and bold. Created in 1993 by perfumer Harry Fremont these masculine scents Notes: Tangerine, Lemon, Seaweed Pineapple Heart - Rosewood, Seaweed, Ginger Base - Seaweed, Musk, Oakmoss, Sandalwood. One of the reasons we call our creation "The Sport of Kings" it allows you to know its the Sport version of the fragrance. We know you're going to love it!

It’s not often that fine releases something new but once they do everyone starts talking about it. Aquamarine the collaboration with West Coast Shaving is the new Fine release everyone is talking about and man what a debut. In the first week it was released you could read about it in just about all shaving communities and for good reason it’s fantastic!

I was surprised of how lightweight the white plastic tub they use is. It's very thin plastic and the top seemed to pop off without any effort. I’m always looking at Fine as a trendsetter and when the design of the bottle changed I thought it was a great move but this thin plastic tub has got me on the fence with this direction.

Our first giveaway this year was sponsored by Through The Fire and the soap was Deuces Wild including the aftershave. What a community response we had one of the biggest participation’s in a giveaway to date and that seemed to set the stage for the rest of the year with record numbers entering.
